These terms are a working draft for DreamClub's early-stage website and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. Membership terms will be published before membership opens.

These terms apply when you use club.dreamify.com (also club.arazas.com), operated by ARAZAS (British Columbia, Canada). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

DreamClub is in its early stages

DreamClub is not open yet. Information on this site describes what we plan to offer and may change. Joining the waitlist is free, does not create a membership or any obligation for you or us, and does not guarantee an invite, a price or a particular perk. Images on the site are AI-generated for marketing purposes.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully and respectfully. Don't submit false information, spam, abusive content, try to break security, or disrupt the site for others. We may remove waitlist entries or suspend access that breaks these rules.

Accounts

If you sign in, keep your login details safe and tell us about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Content and intellectual property

The site's text, images, logos and other content belong to ARAZAS or its licensors. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell or republish them without our written permission.

Links to other sites

We may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Liability

The site is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, ARAZAS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
